9.3.3.16. Keeping temperature: Refrigerated sea food products must be kept at temperature between 0ºC and 4ºC.
Frozen sea food products must be kept at a temperature not exceeding -23ºC.
Semi-preserved sea food products must be stored at a temperature not exceeding 10ºC.
